Pluto's Christmas Tree Sound Design
This was an assignment for my Master's degree in Music Technology in which I composed and recorded original music and redesigned all of the sound including dialogue and sound effects.

Part of the challenge for me as a composer was to create festive sounding "Christmasy" music without using typical Christmas carols for the main themes or sounding unoriginal. The style is very much in contrast to the dark and somewhat comical score of "The Pumpkin of Mohawk Terrace" and it proved to be quite fun. And yes...that is my voice as Mickey Mouse.
The Phantom of the Opera
This was an assignment for my Master's degree in Music Technology in which I composed and recorded the music for this scene from the silent film, "The Phantom of the Opera".

The biggest challenge here was to create an epic score without creating an over the top comical feel. Notice that the organ begins as source music (played by the Phantom) but seemlesly becomes part of the score.
